Hi Melinda, for weeks I have been trying to find a solution for my terriers who had decided they wanted to seriously squabble. and with one phone call to you and your recommendation I now have relaxed, contented terriers. Karen was the one who actually found your site after I had taken a basic aromatherapy class through the junior college in the mountain community where we live. She lives with Multiple Sclerosis, with all of the muscle tightness and spasms that go with it, and has had a particularly rough spring after a hospital ICU stay left her with pressure wounds on her legs, and a right ankle with a tendency to swell. She's got a big heart, and is still walking as she continues to heal, but had a lot of pain and swelling in her legs.

We went to the site and tried to decide which product would be best for the muscle pain and swelling -- The Anti-inflammatory Rub/Gel, or Joshua's Pain Relieving Synergystic Blend. Ultimately, we chose the Anti-inflammatory Gel for its skin-healing properties and it's ability to increase circulation, especially in the legs. The results were promising, though like most natural therapies, didn't happen overnight, as the body has to remember how to heal itself without being "pushed" with conventional medicine. She applied the rub to her feet, ankles, and all the way up her calves, and then applied it to her low and mid-back -- area where she had the greatest amount of spasticity, pain, and/or swelling. She did this three times a day -- on rising, mid-afternoon, and before bed. Within
3 days we both noticed far
less swelling, better skin color and more even skin temperature (presumably due to better circulation), and she also had less pain and tightness in her legs as a whole.

Since then we've used the rub on sprains and strains, as well as other bumps and bruises that come from everyday living, and the product has proved itself. Relief usually appears overnight now. A little bit of the gel goes a long way, so even though the larger sizes look expensive on the surface, they're actually quite cost effective in the end.

As for myself, I'm a Registered Nurse and a Reiki Master Practitioner. For those days when I've held too much tension in my body, the gel is a welcome balm after a warm shower. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to family or friends suffering from sprains, bruises, muscle tenderness, or who needed gentle circulatory support in their legs. order, I was beginning to come down with a cold. David, the gentleman taking my order, suggested that I add a bottle of the Cold and Sinus formula

and he gave me instructions on how to use it in a diffuser, as well as a quick fix-it solution for easing cold symptoms. I received my oils rather quickly, but didn't have time to enjoy them as I was headed out of town. By

the time I got back, the cold had worsened. Remembering what I was told, I placed a very small amount of a carrier oil in the palm of my hand (my skin is very sensitive), added one drop of the Cold and Sinus formula, rubbed my hands together and inhaled the aroma off and on for the next 20-30 minutes when I began to notice my nasal passages were open once again. (That one drop, by the way, was so concentrated that my husband was able to smell it as I was walking into the room.) When I awoke the next morning, the cold was completely gone and has not returned.
